Turn on Ready for Repair or Trade In (version 27 or later) or turn off Find My (version 26 or earlier), and back up first.

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect the information on your device, Computers Plus, Inc. cannot guarantee that data stored on a device will be preserved during diagnosis or repair. Unforeseen circumstances, including pre-existing hardware failure, storage or logic board faults, required component replacement, software restoration, or a device reset performed as part of the repair, can result in partial or complete data loss. Apple-Certified Technicians

AppleCare+ Accepted

Covered repairs at no charge beyond any AppleCare+ service fee, which Apple sets.

Timely Service

Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days after diagnostic approval and parts availability. Some advanced repairs and special-order parts may require additional time.

Covered repairs

If the repair is covered by Apple’s warranty, an AppleCare+ plan or your consumer-law rights, we perform it on Apple’s behalf at no charge for covered hardware repairs, apart from any AppleCare+ service fee that applies. There’s no estimate or inspection fee for covered repairs.

Repairs that aren’t covered

Accidental damage that AppleCare+ doesn’t cover, out-of-warranty issues and software issues are charged repairs. You get a written estimate first, and work begins only after you approve it. Our $49 minimum estimate/inspection fee applies to out-of-warranty Apple devices and goes toward the repair if you approve it.
