Computers Plus, Inc., 301 RHL Boulevard Suite 2, Charleston, WV 25309, sends text messages about repairs you have dropped off with us: check-in confirmation, quotes awaiting your approval, when your device is ready for pickup, and replies to questions you text us.

How you sign up. Only in person at drop-off: on our check-in form you see your mobile number and an optional box (unchecked by default). Checking the box and signing means you agree to this text: “Yes, text me at the mobile number above. By checking this box and signing, I agree to receive SMS repair status updates, quote approval requests and pickup reminders about my repair from Computers Plus. Message frequency varies.
