We diagnose the problem and quote the repair. No repair work is performed until you approve the quoted price.

Pick Up
Pick up your repaired computer.
Turnaround
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days after diagnostic approval and parts availability. Some advanced repairs, special-order parts and gaming system repairs may require additional time.
Express Service
Express Service is available for qualifying repairs at double the standard repair rate, when workload, repair complexity and parts availability permit.

Do PC repairs come with a warranty?
PC and laptop hardware repairs carry a limited 30-day parts and labor warranty. Warranty repairs must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Repair policies →
Is there an estimate fee?
Estimate/inspection fee: $49 minimum for non-Apple devices and out-of-warranty Apple devices. It goes toward the repair if you approve it, and is due at pickup if you decline. It does not apply to Apple devices covered by Apple’s warranty or AppleCare.
